Appointments

We respect our patients' time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Some visits
are more complicated than initially anticipated, and emergencies may arise that could
delay us. If we are significantly delayed, every effort will be made to notify you beforehand.
Because we reserve time exclusively for each patient, we ask that you make every effort
not to change your reserved dental appointment. If you find that you cannot keep your
scheduled appointment, we require a minimum 24 hours notification. This allows your
reserved time to be made available for other patients. To notify us of any change, please
call our office during business hours or leave a message on our answering machine,
which is time and date stamped for your convenience.

Dental Insurance

Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company,
we ask that all patients be responsible directly for all charges. However, we are well aware
that negotiations with insurance companies can be difficult and time consuming. To make
sure paying for your dental care is as simple as possible, we are happy to assist you in
filing the necessary forms to make sure you receive the full benefits of your coverage.

Payments

In order to maintain our office on sound business principles, we ask our patients to
accept and adhere to financial arrangements regarding their dental treatments. Payment
is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash or check, and major credit
cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Financing

Our goal is not to let the cost of investing in your oral health prevent a patient from
benefiting from quality dental care. To facilitate this goal, we can offer financing options
to patients who need an extended payment plan.
